THE IRISH DESCENDANTS
The Irish Descendants are a folk group from the Atlantic province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. All the members, born of Irish emigrants, were workers in the Newfoundland fishing industry before forming the band in 1990 out of the remnants of two former Newfoundland bands – The Descendants and Irish Coffee. The group helped to popularise traditional Newfoundland music to a wider Canadian audience in the early 1990s, along with other bands such as Great Big Sea. Their popularity within the province itself led to their selection as the official band of the province's 500th anniversary celebrations, during which they performed for the Queen. Tension within the group caused co-frontman D'Arcy Broderick to leave soon after this period, and their lineup has frequently changed since then, with frontman Con O'Brien being the only constant member. Regular touring and occasional album releases, most recently Southern Shore in 2007, have kept the group in the public eye.

KIELLEY KOYOTE
Kielley Koyote located in Newfoundland Canada, began his curiosity with hip hop when he was evoked by the lyrical freedom and diversity of Earl Sweatshirt which prompted him to write in a style like no other. With heavy inspiration from horror movies and witchcraft. Kielley Koyote's music is described as a "verbal back rub" using elements of trip hop, house, lofi, as well as avante garde.
The power behind lyrics is something Kielley Koyote has always brooded over. "I want my lyrics to portray how I feel in a cryptic way." Kielley Koyote spends his time listening to any and all types of music in hopes of discovering the next monumental inspiration.
"Josh Kielley aka Kielley Koyote might look like he could growl into a mic, but he offers razor-sharp wit and rhymes about his own life and weaknesses." - Rolling Stones In.

MALLORY JOHNSON
“The girl can sing!”, says Grammy-nominated entertainer, Sammy Kershaw, in an interview with Nashville Country Club. “Her pitch is so good, she has country soul, her phrasing is great and the way she breathes in the song, it’s unbelievable that she has been sitting out there.” That was the response multi-talented singer/songwriter, Mallory Johnson, received shortly after winning NL's "Next Country Star” in 2015.
The 2017 Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) Spotlight performance winner is no stranger to the stage and has been performing in front of audiences for as long as she can remember. As early as eight years old, she was the youngest ever to perform both Canadian and American National Anthems at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto for an NHL game.
As a former, leading member of the 6-time MusicNL award-winning and ECMA nominated Celtic family group “The Cormiers”, Mallory has recorded multiple albums and has toured Canada, the US, and Scotland.
Adding to her talents, the 2019 ECMA nominee has also been very busy in musical theatre. She’s performed with The Spirit of Newfoundland, Theatre St. John’s, Peter MacDonald Productions, Best Kind Productions, TaDa Events, and many others. Some past credits include: Grease (Frenchy), Hairspray (Amber), SpiritNL’s Grinch Dressing & Gravy (Cindy-Lou), [title of show] (Heidi), Chicago (Murderess June), Fame (Serena), and Smoky Mountain Songbird; The Music of Dolly Parton (Dolly Parton).
Since her first trip to Nashville to record her debut EP, produced by Kershaw, Mallory has been turning heads in the country music scene and songwriting community, sharing stages with artists like Carolyn Dawn Johnson, Rascal Flatts, and Blake Shelton to name a few. Her debut single “Tupelo” reached #6 on the Canadian Country iTunes Top Songs list and found a home on GAC and CMT.com. Her following single “Good Mistake to Make” broke the top 50 on the Music Row Chart and top 30 on the CDX Breakout Chart. In May of 2018, Mallory released her EP, which received three MusicNL nominations for Female Artist of the Year, Country Artist of the Year, and Rising Star.
Even though most of the songs on her debut project were penned by other writers, Mallory’s writing certainly hasn’t taken a back seat. She was recently invited to showcase new music at the 2018 CCMA Songwriter Series and the 2018 MusicNL Songwriter Circle, as well as received an Honorable Mention during the 19th Annual NSAI Song Contest. She is also currently working on a film project. Following an audition for the war thriller “Into the Wilderness”, Mallory was not only offered a role in the movie, but asked to write music for the soundtrack.

SKIDDERPUP
First formed in the summer of 2001 in Grand Bank Newfoundland, Canada. Dave Noseworthy, Damon Green and Chad Green had a chemistry that was evident from the start. All three members were equally respected musicians in their own right having made a name for themselves with earlier bands playing the Newfoundland and Labrador festival and bar circuits as well as playing regular stints on the island of Saint Pierre and Miquelon.
Skidderpup released a self-produced and distributed Christmas cd entitled "Home for Christmas" in 2004 and another self-produced and distributed cd entitled "Skidderpup" in 2007. Skidderpup continued to perform while juggling day jobs and family lives over the next 16 years.
In October 2017 Skidderpup was invited to open a show for swedish anti-pop group "The Magnettes" at the live music venue "Paddy's Shed" in Burin, NL. In the audience was Peter Astedt, senior advisor/head of booking for "Live at Heart" an annual international showcase festival that takes place in Orebro, Sweden. Impressed with what he saw, he personally invited Skidderpup to be part of the festival in September 2018.
With a newfound wind in their sails, Skidderpup began writing new material and are now working on a new album. The band's Electric Rock sound is very versatile, with well crafted songs that pay homage to the great heartland rockers of 70s and 80s.

CHRIS FEENER
My name is Chris Feener. I’m a 24 year old guitarist from Newfoundland, Canada. I’m currently a member of a couple different bands, one being Threat Signal and a local cover band named Papa String. Since the ripe ol’ age of 8, I’ve constantly been completely and utterly indulged in the fine art of guitar-playing.
Having been raised on classic rock (Kiss, Aerosmith, Journey, etc.) and blues (Jimi Hendrix, SRV, etc.), and then in later years into fusion, metal, progressive rock/metal (Jeff Kollman, Guthrie Govan, Dream Theater, Scar Symmetry, etc.), my ear has been well developed over time and I wouldn’t be the guitarist I am today without having gone through such phases. Having prior touring experience from traveling to each and every corner of North America and Europe, I’ve been around the block and understand many of the in’s and out’s of being a working musician. In April of 2008, I was picked among the top 12 world competitors to compete in London, England as part of “Guitar Idol 2008?. I currently reside in Grand Falls-Windsor, am busy planning to release a solo record. I teach privately, as well as through Yamaha’s “School Of Music”. I’ve taught group lessons and one-on-one sessions for about 5 years.
